SOPs are our Standard Operating Procedures for managing our hotels and cover issues such as:

  • Proper record keeping and reporting.
  • Cash and credit management.
  • Various guest issues.
  • Employment (human resource) instructions and suggestions including training and certification standards.
  • All kinds of operational and marketing guidelines and procedures.

SOPs are not intended to replace the franchisors' guidelines for their specific brand related issues.
